Allied Live's Internet Division is seeking dedicated interns to assist the Internet Division on their projects serving clients in the live entertainment industry including Broadway and Off Broadway productions, national tours, talent, and theatrical institutions. The Internet Division is based in Allied Live's New York office.
Duties will vary from day to day and will include website content management, database management, online research and data entry. The ideal candidate will be a team player, detail-oriented, efficient and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines. We seek those with a passion for the performing arts, Internet knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Candidates must have completed at least 1 year of college and should possess knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Basic HTML knowledge a plus.
Seeking candidates who can commit to a full-time internship (35-40 hours/week) or parti time (18-20 hours/week) with a possibility of extending based on mutual agreement. General office hours are 10am - 6pm, Monday through Friday.
Interviews will take place in October 2008, and the internship will begin immediately after a decision has been made.
