MALLORY D. PIERCE is the Director of Marketing and Communications at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Mallory and her 125+ person staff are responsible for ticket sales, supporting memberships, audience development, publications, media and web communications, archives, box office functions, house operations and all front line customer service. The Marketing and Communications staff is responsible for revenue totaling 70% of OSF's $26 million operating budget. Previously Mallory served as one of OSF's two Directors of Development. In this position she co-managed all endowment and capital campaign fund-raising efforts. In 2001 OSF completed a $23 million campaign to build a new theatre and augment the endowment fund. She has been with OSF for nineteen seasons; prior to that she worked as an arts administrator in Washington with Washington Project for the Arts, Arena Stage and the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Ms. Pierce holds as BA in Theatre Management. Mallory enjoys playing in the mountains and rivers of Southern Oregon with her husband and daughter.
