JULIE TUCKER Emmy® Award winning casting director Julie Tucker is currently casting the third season of the hit cable series Rescue Me on FX, starring Denis Leary. This past season Tucker did the New York casting for the pilot's Dexter for Showtime and Drift for ABC/Touchstone. Recent work includes: Book of Daniel with Aidan Quinn on NBC, Love Monkey with Tom Cavanagh on CBS and Beautiful People on ABC Family.Previously, Tucker spent four seasons casting the hit NBC show Law & Order: SVU. In 2002, she was honored with an Emmy® Award for her work on HBO's Six Feet Under. She also received a 2004 Artios nomination from the Casting Society of America for her work on HBO's Deadwood, and spent two seasons as the New York Casting Director for Greenblatt Janollari Studios. Prior to her casting in television, Tucker spent one season as the Casting Director at the Roundabout Theatre where her work included A View From a Bridge with Anthony LaPaglia and Allison Janney and the world premiere of Impossible Marriage with Holly Hunter. She also spent two seasons casting for the Williamstown Theatre Festival. Bio as of June, 2005.
