Jonathan Mills
JONATHAN MILLS (Agent, Paradigm Agency) Like many other industry professionals today, started his career as a performer. Following his graduation from Catholic University with a Bachelor's degree in Music, Jonathan went on tour with the Broadway Musical 42nd Street. Following the tour Jonathan landed a job as an intern at Jay Binder casting. He was hired on following the internship as a casting assistant working specifically on all things involving kids casting for the Broadway musical The Lion King. While there, Jonathan also assisted casting shows such as A Chorus Line, The Times They are-A Changin', The 2007 season of Encores!, Gypsy, and Irving Berlin's White Christmas (to name a few). Following his career in casting Jonathan landed a job in the legit department at Paradigm Talent and Literary Agency working with Clifford Stevens. He was promoted as the talent department theatrical coordinator and assisted in making deals for Andy Garcia, James Earl Jones, Lauren Bacall, and Campbell Scott. He then moved in to his current position as an agent in the Theater Lit department working side by side with Bill Craver. As an agent in the literary department, Jonathan represents a handful of young up and coming writers and composers. Bio as of April, 2010.
